Radix Dioscoreae Oppositae 淮山
Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati 玉竹
Radix Astragali黄芪
Wolfberry 杞子
Radix Codonopsis 党参

食用方法 (2-4人份)Method (Serving for 2-4 persons):

把材料清洗一下
– 10 饭碗清水(约 1.5 – 2L的水)
– 放入鸡肉 或 瘦肉 或 排骨 (素食者能加香菇或清炖)
-大火煮开 30分钟 及撇去上面的浮沫
– 小火烹饪1小时至2小时

Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot.
Add in 10 bowls of water (about1.5 – 2L water)
Bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 1 – 2 hours.
